Terms of Service
These terms apply to all purchases from Nuvella Glow (nuvellaglow.store), Gruvlyckevägen 26, 653 43 Karlstad, Sweden. Email: eyadsaba60@gmail.com. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Orders
An agreement is formed when you receive our order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of obvious pricing errors or suspected fraud; any payment will then be refunded in full.
2. Prices & payment
All prices are shown in SEK including VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is handled securely through Shopify's checkout.
3. Delivery

4. Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen). See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Complaints
You have the right to complain about faulty goods under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen) for up to 3 years. Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault.
6. Product information
Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and measurements may vary by 2–3 cm.

8. Disputes
If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). Swedish law applies.
