Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (ångerrätt) under Swedish and EU consumer law. The 14 days start on the day you receive your order.
How to return
- Email us at eyadsaba60@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and which item(s) you want to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Send the item(s) back within 14 days after notifying us.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with any tags attached. For hygiene reasons, please try on lingerie over your underwear.
- You pay the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
- If the item has been handled more than necessary to determine its nature and fit, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the reduced value.
Refunds
We refund the purchase amount, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Faulty or wrong items
If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo. We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Your statutory right to complain (reklamationsrätt) is 3 years.

Want a different size? Return the item as above and place a new order.
If we cannot resolve a dispute, you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se).
